Had to cancel an appointment due to weather a couple months back. Called as soon as the phones opened and left a voicemail asking to call me back and re-schedule. They never called back, so I ended up calling a few weeks later to re-schedule myself. I told them I could do whatever day they had open and a morning time. They put me down for a couple weeks out because Dr. Whiting was out of office for the entire preceding week. A few days later they called and asked to re-schedule for the NEXT week because Dr. Whiting just found out he had a meeting scheduled for the time they scheduled me for. I said okay, we scheduled a new day the next week. They called me the morning of (today) and canceled my appointment again (that we set last week for the 3rd time) because…. You guessed it… Dr. Whiting has another meeting the day and time of my re-scheduled appointment. In total I’ve had one successful visit to this office and I don’t plan to return after this disregard for my time and money.

Dr. Whiting is a great Doctor, very straight forward and to the point, without being rude or hateful like some other Doctors I have seen, he explains things to you in terms you can understand instead of using a bunch of medical terms you don't understand. Same words in one of the review I saw I will use because I really agree. I wish all the people have the opportunity to have a doctor like Dr Whiting. I really recommend you for family and friends.
