When I went to purchase a suv from this location I was told how great they were at satisfying customer and I have received nothing but bad service. I asked if the extended warranty could be removed at any point and the sales agent insured me that it could be done and I’ve tried to contact him on this and has not returned my calls. The suv only had 10% oil life left I figured they would have at least looked at the maintenance on the vehicle before selling them. I was also told my tags would come in 2weeks and it has been over 6 weeks and I have not had phone call back since I called to check on them a few days ago. All in all bad service
