You can call during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and ask to speak to the inmates caseworker!

Going on the Missouri department of corrections website is the fastest way to get your application in then once your approved or not the inmate will get a letter letting them know, when your approved then you can call and schedule a visit by calling the facility!
