I desperately needed a haircut and after I googled hair salons in my neighborhood, I called Tangles to see if they had any appointments available that day. I was pleasantly surprised when the friendly woman who answered the phone told me that they did and scheduled me a haircut with Heather that afternoon. Heather is very sweet and personable. She listened to me and was patient while I showed her photos of the haircut I wanted. She asked questions to make sure we were envisioning the same cut. She was easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversation while she got to work cutting my hair. When she was done and I got to look at my hair I was over the moon! I absolutely love my haircut and I left with ten times the confidence I arrived with. I will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable and Heather is amazing.

I have been going to Mona for 14 years and she is more like a sister than just a stylist. She is always professional and takes her job serious. She cares about her clients as a whole not just as someone she is doing their hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone that’s wants the best job done to their hair, no matter what you are getting done. My granddaughters love her too.

I’ve been get my hair done by Ms. Mona for the past 5 years, I highly recommend going to her for color (highlights, low lights, cuts) she is the most experienced in my opinion, recently I went to a different salon because I was gifted a certificate and my experience there was no where near the quality service she provides. Highly recommend.

Love love love this place! We drive about 45 miles to come here and see Mona, she does a fantastic job! I've been coming here for about 2 years and just started bringing my daughters. Everyone is friendly and Mona does a fantastic haircut, I've never been unhappy!
