We went to an estate sale today run by these people. The woman handling the money was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life. We were shocked because when we brought our purchases to the table.... they charge sales tax. I have been to MANY estate sales ran by companies and not a person and NEVER been charged sales tax. When we simply asked why sales tax? She said "because we are a company, this isn't a garage sale". When my Dad said well that is not cool, her response was "What? That a business pays taxes?" Super snarky. We were talked to like we were criminals and not customers. Then when asked if they negotiate at all, she said No and laughed, then in the next breath she said tomorrow it will be 50% off. That means there is room to budge. Who ever this woman was needs a reality check and an attitude adjustment in a major way. JR Estate sales should not only be ashamed of their business practices, but also who they hire. You would think people working for this company would be compassionate because of the type of things they do, however absolutely the opposite. I would not use this company for an estate sale of a loved one, nor if I ever see signs for an estate sale ran by this company will I ever attend. Shame on you all!!!!!

They made off with over $2000 in claimed damages/losses in November 2012 and declined to resolve a Better Business Bureau complaint. They do not answer phone calls. WE now have to sue in small claims court. If this is the way they handle business-BEWARE!
