This is the worst company that I have ever worked for. For starters, they advertise the position available on indeed as a customer service representative. I was called in for an interview and Mandi, the lead marketing representative or what ever she is, said that the position she had available was a "marketing assistant". It's not what I wanted, or applied for, but I figured I would give it a shot. The day I started work, Shockti, another employee called me to come in for an interview. I was thoroughly confused at this point what I was getting myself into. After my third day, at the end of the week, I was written up for "low production". I was taken aback to say the least, because I had barely even gotten to know the system. I was under the impression that I was still in training! I started seeing problems with the company almost immediately. A lot of the calls I was making out to people, the people had the number blocked. I was informed to still send them out a text message indicating who I was at what we were calling about. On the rare chance that I did get someone to call me back, the phone call was automatically taken by Mandi, because, to my perception, she played with a rubrics' cube most of the shift and sometimes even making phone calls from her personal cell phone to reach the potential customers. (obviously because these people have the company's phone number blocked.) Once Mandi would have them on the phone, even though I did all the work of entering the lead into the computer, she would not direct the phone call to me, which literally took one second to do. She would take the credit for that lead because "she answered the phone". The marketing assistants were instructed to tell the customers that the appointment would take 60-90 minutes, but on screen the appointment slots are for 3 hours! I brought up my poor production numbers to Mandi, and she said that I would not be fired for poor production alone. It would be numerous amounts of things that would put me out of a job. WELLLL, that was wrong because a week later I was told I was going to be let go for poor production if my numbers did not increase by the end of the week. This was on a Wednesday. When I asked what I could do better, Mandi replied with, "you just have such an itty bitty personality, and it reflects over phone. You really just need to be louder". I have never, ever been described as a person with an itty bitty personality, and I have never once been told that I do not speak clearly and concisely over the phone. This company just ain't it. Save your time and your money (btw, it's around 5,000 dollars) and look elsewhere for smoke alarms! Good riddance!

Matt Klinger came out to our home and did a phenomenal job of putting into perspective the importance of the products he was offering. He was very personable, shared a lot of his own stories with my family and I, and made me feel good about purchasing these products. While they seem spendy upfront, I have no regrets. I have so much more peace of mind when it comes to how these devices work and the fact that I can check into it all from my phone at any time is great. Really makes me feel like the products are there for me and the safety of my family rather than as a mere formality. I had no idea that the average mainstream fire alarm does relatively nothing for me and wouldn't let me know of a problem before it was too late. Not only do I know that these products are superior but I also have a lifetime guarantee with them-- should they be faulty in any way, they're covered forever. If you are fortunate enough to have Matt Klinger come visit your house, you're in for a treat. Great guy; friendly and not at all "salesman" like. I felt no pressure to purchase the product... but I'm sure glad I did.

Matt K. Was the guy that helped us. Let me tell you. He was super informative and straight forward. Zero bs. He walked us through everything including getting us approved for the full system. All the way through a full install and making sure to help us get everything setup on our apps. For the install he worked aroubd our schedule to make the process completely painless. I recommend this system to anyone. Being serious about my families safety is a high priority to both me and now them. This system is in my opinion the highest quality. Seriously makes regular store bought items look like garbage.

Matt was excellent! He explained the product thoroughly and was very friendly and professional. He made me see how unsafe my house has been all these years and it was a big eye opener. I recommend people at least take the time for the demonstration so they can experience this as well.

Natalie, We do not go door to door at all. Did you catch the name of the person? We only meet with clients on an appointment basis. Never door to door.
