The staff were friendly, happy to help and explained everything really well so we knew exactly what each plan was and what it would cost. The process of switching from T-Mobile to Verizon was easy and painless. We were happy we were able to trade in our old phones and even keep our same phone numbers with Verizon. We got a great deal on our new phones and service and best of all we actually have service again. With our previous provider, T-Mobile, we had no service even in spots you’d think you would have service like at home and in spots in the city. We are so happy we made the switch!

No Just Go to the Nearest Verizon store to you and let them know what your after
Yes. Should be saved either to your phone, sim card, or primary email, like Google. If you use gmail, try uploading contact information. Not an expert, but I k ow they'll be in one of the above. Search sim, phone files, and Google.
Have you checked their hours of operation? I know they're often busy here. I'd suggest to keep trying.
Check with Jessica, as I recall it took 3 or 4 days to get mine in. Jessica helped me get it all working and set up.
