Only complaint is we wanted our room cleaned 2nd day. Had no do not disturb hanging. But no luck. Refill on trash bags and towls would be nice since it's the same price for an extra night. But other then that we enjoyed the room and it was clean and the pool was warm and they had life jackets for the little ones. We brought our own, but great to know.

Positive: Workers were nice Negative: Rooms were not soundproof at all. Had a hard time sleeping because you heard every little noise. Also beds are advertised as queens but are double, and for the star level the rooms are especially small.

Positive: Person at the desk did not make eye contact, looked bored with his job. Negative: Sheets only on the bed. Asked at the desk if there were blankets, told that they were under the sheets. They were not. Used sheets from extra bed to stay warm. Not much of a breakfast, ate elsewhere. Overall hotel location convenient, room very clean.

Absolutely no buffet breakfast on February 6th. Just a banana, some unhealthy yogurt and vending machine quality coffee. Some other muffins and such that you would generally find at a gas station. I stay in Erie once a month in fact the night before I stayed across the street. BUT The hotel room was very clean and has a good TV. Staff is pretty friendly and bed was comfy. I didn't hate it but I could never bring my wife here. Not a very good bang for my $ at all. 😒 it's worth closer to $99. Not $149.

I had both. I guess it depends on the room. Guess you better ask to make sure you have both if you want them.
No hot tub they took it out last year. We found out when we got there last October.
The fitness center has weights. I was there 2 weeks ago but there is a planet fitness down the road if you have a membership
The lock problem such as this one is usually a battery problem. That requires someone with knowledge of the system. They should call someone in if there is noone in the hotel who can fix it. It happened to me in Toronto. Not only did they pick up our dinner tab, the room was free for that night. 2 hours to get the door open. Ask for the hotel manager, not the duty manager. Failing that call head office customers service.
