This company is of zero help at all to any of their properties tenants and their rental offices use deceptive tactics to get people to sign agreements. There are a lot of reviews stating this very same thing especially on the BBB website

Sadly, The Connor Group’s Cypress at Stone Oak in San Antonio, Texas, is so disappointing!! Did they pull a bait and switch on me? They showed me a recently remodeled unit, with high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, newer baths, sparklingly-clean - and assured me it was identical to the one available to me but currently occupied and unable to be shown. Stupid me, I trusted the very pleasant agent. On move-in date, I walked into a horrible disappointment. No granite tops, no stainless-steel appliances, baths were old AND filthy! Many fake-wood floor planks were popping up or shown long scratches, several window blinds were broken. The agent was so surprised and embarrassed (clearly, she realized she had been used), began crying and ran back to the leasing office promising she would fix the situation. But she was sent home by her manager. An hour later, the manager showed up with the most offensive, rude attitude and said there was nothing to be done. The contract was binding “and you must take this unit as it is”. To this date, over 2 months later, I have yet to get my signed contract – because their printer never has ink, or the floor or blinds repaired. But they proudly display a card showing this is the product of their white glove service!! What nerve!! They attempted to replace, unsuccessfully, the old fridge with a dirt-cheap one with stainless steel outer surface, but without even an icemaker! The hallways stink. Two elevators were out of order for almost a whole week - in a place with many senior citizens as residents. Building, common areas and grounds maintenance is totally absent. Security concerns? Why there’s absolutely no security here!! Gates do not work. Doors to the buildings do not work. The clothes dryer broke down 3 weeks ago but has not been replaced or repaired because “they are out of stock at Lowe’s”, even though I pay extra for the washer and dryer - no, I was not made aware of that, either! The waste disposal under the kitchen sink broke 8 days ago, it was leaking water all over the kitchen floor and risking damage to the apartment below. The building administrators have refused to replace it, they say it’s because they are down to a single employee to maintain all 8 buildings. I can’t imagine why they are unable to find people willing to work for this organization. They totally reinvented the meaning of the word “Luxury” when they used it on the building’s street signs - bigger than the building’s own name! Save your valuable time and lots of money!! Don’t stop here and keep on driving! Pay close attention to all the online reviews. I sure wish I had!!

Contacted them about a property they manage next to their headquarters. There were issues I wanted to speak with management company about. Received an automated response and it was referred back to the property manager. But contacting this office was not acknowledged.
