During COVID I had two honeycomb blinds that needed repair, one due to neglect from the previous homeowner, and one due to my damn cats chewing the internal cord and external pull cord. I spoke to Allison over the phone and via email. She was very pleasant and walked me through the process on how the blinds would be repaired and how pricing works. The repair for both blinds (internal cords and new external pull cords) was $80. Some internal components were upgraded as well. The repair took 2 weeks as quoted. About a month later my cats struck again, chewing through the internal pull cord of one of the blinds. Technically I don't know which cat was the culprit, but they both looked damn guilty. (See photo...can you spot the guilty one?) When I returned to ShadeWoRX, Allison only charged me half ($20) for the repair due to the nature of the issue and that I was there less than a month ago. In fact, they have a wall with photos of customer's cats and the cost of damage each furry friend caused. LOL! Thank you Allison and team, you have all my future business. If I could give ShadewoRx more than five stars, I would! They not only did a great job fixing my Roman shades, their honest approach made it a great experience. I asked them to replace all the strings. They could have gone ahead and done that but instead told me it was unnecessary and only replaced what needed to be replaced. I'll go back anytime I need work done.

Absolutely exceptional service and workmanship. I highly recommend this shade repair team. We've needed to have our extra-wide Hunter Douglas shade repaired several times since we purchased it and have previously worked through the dealer that sold us the blinds. We are not a drapery parts place but we do have some traverse rod glides. Perhaps you could email us a photo of the type you need and we could see if the ones we have will work.
Cody is right. Yes, we do carry many different varieties of brackets. We have so many that we recommend you email a photo of the bracket you are trying to find. In the event that you don't have a bracket as an example, a picture or two of the blind itself would be helpful. You could focus on the top of the blind or the spot where the cord comes out, and we could probably see enough that we would know what you need. If you live close, you could come by with a couple pictures or with a sample for us to match. :-)

Yes. We repair spring roller shades. We don't repair springs specifically but we replace the entire roller that contains the spring. There are quite a few different varieties of spring roller mechanisms for roller shades and we don't repair ALL of them.
