I purchased a standing rib roast for Thanksgiving - 10 lbs and it was the worst cut of this type of meat I have ever purchased. It had gristle and fat throughout and the meat itself was tough. NOT what a prime rib should be. It was difficult to carve as well. I will never purchase meat from Keller again.

I would call and ask them, but I think they do. You have to place and order and they call you when it's ready.
