Didn't have the particular minor component that I needed for my phone repair, but they cared enough to dig around and look for a garbage phone to salvage the part from, offered to order it for me, and recommended another store nearby for me to try afterward. The effort was appreciated!

This particular store takes issue with anyone not wearing a mask. When I politely declined the clerks offer of a mask l was told it was "store policy". That's fine. I'm not going to argue. I left and went to the Batteries Plus store on 82nd and got what I needed without hassle. If you're someone who feels "safer" when everyone is masked this is the store for you. The clerk will make sure everyone is masked with no exceptions. For everyone else, shop at the location on 82nd.
