Pretty good place but doesn't exist anymore. United Salad Company absorbed them in October of 2020.

Driver of truck 34 is aggressive and unsafe. Please send this driver for driving safe classes.

Several days a week, a Duck Delivery truck parks outside my house. While parked, the driver sits for roughly thirty minutes with the engine running, smoking cigarettes, and blasting the radio. This usually happens between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. My assumption is that he's taking his break, but the engine is very loud and I work from home. This is a fairly recent phenomena, and I have no idea why he's parked there since my house is not near where he makes his deliveries. I sent them an email kindly asking them if he could at least turn off the engine, but received no response; it's still happening. It would be awesome if Duck Delivery Produce would be more respectful of the neighbors in the neighborhoods where they make their deliveries.

Have to say this place is unprofessional at best. I applied about a year ago for a delivery driver position got an interview passed the road test and the drug screening and all the criminal backround stuff came back clean. Nobody calls for a good week and a half so I decide to call and they said they can't hire me because I got a ticket for talking on my cell phone 5 years ago, Not a criminal offense and it wasnt on my driving record. I can understand if I was a criminal or something but really? It was 5 years ago. And if youre not gong to hire somebody at least let them know. Unprofessional now I'm glad I didnt get hired.

How is it to work here? Fast pace? Hard work?

Daniel Harvey IV | Aug 20, 2018

Very very fast pace and constant. You can end up with a 13hours of straight walking and loading produce into trucks. It is hard work and hard on the body.

How do i apply
