We used this trash service for 4 months before switching. Our trash and recycling was often not picked up despite being put out the night before. The office staff was unpleasant each time I called, insisting my trash was not out/they didn’t see it. When I called to cancel the service the woman on the other end repeatedly cut me off, spoke over me, and eventually hung up on me. We were charged an additional fee for them to pick up their recycling can …they didn’t have a problem finding it that day, set in the same place that my trash and recycling are always placed. This service caused more frustration than convenience and their customer service is poor. I’m very satisfied with our NEW trash company (less expensive, family owned, and fantastic customer service!). Don’t settle for Fishers, you can do better.

I recently switched from Hometown Disposal because their customer service is awful. I love Fisher's, when I call a real live, friendly, local, human being answers the phone! Their prices are great and they are wonderful to work with. I would recommend anyone to switch to Fisher's if they are dissatisfied with their current provider.

My boyfriend have worked here recently, he was promised 8-9 hour days, was coming home 14-15 hours later. Never knew his schedule until the night before having to wake up and would start 3-4 am. Not big deals whatsoever it was good money for not much work. On the other hand his FINAL paycheck never came through the mail. He was expecting his check on the 27th of may, called and said they sent it out, not a problem. What the problem is, they said they were taking out the money for the best and gloves, okay, sure even though we said we were bringing them back the day you sent the check. We get the check Saturday after calling Thursday to complain once again we still have not received it they said disrespectful things and along with saying they printed a new one to send out, they took $100 for a vest a pair of gloves out of the check, and the check is dated for the 9th of June. Now this check came in TWO days but why did the first check take forever? They never sent it out. Then out of spite took out 100 dollars we could have used. Please do not work for this business, use this business, or anything. They will screw your over.

New customer, switched from a terrible service. Kid forgot to take trash out night before (worled overnight) and missed pickup they came back around! Wonderful customer service on phone and in person ❤️
