5 + stars, Chase Woodstock branch is honestly all the best parts of your old fashion local bank, combined with the convenience and technology that Chase provides! The best part of this branch is the personal banker Kenneth Bareilles. He has been a lifesaver for us during the pandemic, doing everything from notarization the purchase a vehicle to opening a new business checking account for us. He is so friendly, remembers everything about our personal family, and goes above and beyond for his customers. I’ve overheard him Greeting other customers, and it’s clear this is his passion and his service is excellent for everyone who walks through the door. Do yourself a favor and go see Ken.

Save yourself a lot of headache never ever open a Chase bank account! Because unless you like resetting your username and password for their mobile app 5 times every week because it doesn't work! everyday I have login problems 80% of time I can't even log into my damn account to view my balance! Chase Bank is a f****** joke!

One of the most convince branches. I'm was here first time, and have full service at the front door, as soon as I get in. Helping depositing check, private room, and cup of freshly brewed coffee! The manager Hope💥 is outstanding professional server of this clean branch❤

I went with my employee to cash their paycheck. She doesn't have a Chase account, but I do, the check was a Chase check and my signature is on her paycheck. After spending 8 minutes in the drive through she was asked for a second form of ID. No explanation given. 5 minutes later two employees were working on this transaction. It's cashing a check. We went into the bank. I sat in the waiting area. A few minutes later I went to the counter, I asked "what's the problem with cashing the check, my signature is on it, and is issued through this Institution, I have several Chase accounts." Her short dismissive reply was "we have to look up stuff." She was the Manager. I was immediately unimpressed with not only her attitude, also her vague response. I presented my ID, she took it, looked it up, and we were suddenly good to go and out the door. The Manager can't explain to a Chase customer except to say "we have to look up stuff." I can now understand why this branch gets reviews for being unorganized and slow. Cashing a check at this branch took over 20 minutes, required 2 forms of ID with no explanation as to why, and a Manager. My employee cashed her last paycheck at the Milwaukie Chase branch, I also went with her that time. At that branch, she showed her State ID, they cashed her check, there was no Manager needed, and we were there 2-3 minutes tops, without a single problem. "oh I have to look up stuff." I will never visit this branch again, and I also will be calling my normal Chase account rep to file an actual complaint about the ridiculousness of this transaction. Regardless if the person cashing a Chase check doesn't have a Chase account, you should strive to show them why they should when they come in. And, why is this locations check cashing policy so different for a non-account holder then the next Chase branch?
