Poor management, and false advertising. Price online and price on the vehicle are incorrect. The internet team provided me with a quote over the phone saying the Mach e are only marked up with add ins that don’t exceed $2500. I gave them my info to notify me once they have something available. I waited a few weeks and they finally called me giving me the good news. I confirmed the mark up price and they said yes it’s correct only $2500. I took sometime off work to drive there and check it out in person and buy the vehicle. The internet gentleman greeted me nice and said he was going to get me a sales man. The vehicle had the sticker price plus the add ons of $2500 which was fine with me. As soon as the sales man showed me the vehicle he noticed the $2500 add ons and said that price was incorrect and they needed to remove that price asap. He said those cars are marked up 20k and he was willing to do 15k for me. I guess they are not about the principal here but the greed of making more money. Luckily I took a picture of mark up on the window sticker before they took it down. Sad they couldn’t honor their mistakes and lost a customer. Will be doing business else where.

The issue is not only related to the price, but also a service time. The simple things that can be corrected for just only 15 to 30 minutes, it takes for you to leave my car for a few days until you can get to my car to do a check up and then give me the issue name with estimate. After that I may wait another 15 to 20 days just for getting it fixed and ready. Absolutely not worth that type of service for that much price. It's a working van and my every day is counted. If you don't care to hire more stuff to get the job done on time and properly, then why I have to care for your business?

Do not bring your car here. The mechanics working there aren’t really to blame for their mediocre service on cars but the root of the problem is that rotten useless service “manager” goes by Manny. Beware I would recommend driving the extra miles to have your car serviced elsewhere. I was charged a diagnosis charge, 190$ And they misdiagnosed my car and charged me 600 dollars for a part that was never needed for my car. They refused to refund me even after the first thing I mentioned to them was a simple software update that may have fixed the problem which it did after going to another Ford dealer service center. Manny doesn’t deserve the position he is in, he needs to have someone with true grit take the position that he desperately thinks he deserves. Useless rotten “service manager”. Beware of the incompetence of that man.

Just bought my new Ford Maverick after ordering it months ago. This was a better experience than I've had with American car dealerships in the past. They listened to me when I said I didn't want anything extra. The whole experience was relatively quick and painless. Thank you to Mark and Freddie for making this so easy. The car is super cute and drives great as well. Let's hope it actually gets 40 miles per the gallon like the EPA claims!

Yes they do. They're very good and very courteous. Great service department.
