Horrible experience. I had to pay $8 to have the package arrive at a delivery center. Ups then called me to say I would need to pick it up Saturday morning rather than Friday night. They told me to come between 10am and 1pm. I showed up Saturday and the customer center was closed. I called in and could not even get to a customer service representative.

Paid the new 7.99$ fee to pick up at center yesterday and they still tried to redeliver to my home . Now they aren't open fri sat sun anymore so my next chance to grab the package 📦 is Monday. Not cool

WORTHLESS!!! Can't get a hold of a person... They delivered a shipment of 500 business checks to a wrong address and they refuse to give me the address... can't get through to a human being on their 800 number... got disconnected on a chat... spending time to find a package that is their job... WORTHLESS - Should be able to give a negative amount of stars...

UPS is one of the worst, most incompetent companies in existence. After UPS fails to deliver your package, you will need to drive out to the distribution facility to pick it up. Would you like to ship on your account from a local UPS store? Sorry, they can't do that. Drive to the distribution center. Do you have a package that needs go overseas? Good luck with that! That will be stuck somewhere in Kentucky for weeks, with no updates on tracking. FedEx has none of these problems. Want a circus instead of a competent shipping company? Count on the clowns in brown.

Bus 85 runs on swan Island. Bus 72 runs to swan Island but not through.
You do a group interview they take you back one by one to ask questions individually.
Not sure you can do this. I do know you can get them to pick up wrong deliveries without a hassle.

Any location will work as long as you have created labels and packages are ready to go. The location can do that work for you but it takes a lot more time.

Yes ups does arrange for pickup you can pay online with a credit card you can also buy packaging material online as well
