We have enjoyed this service center for years. The staff is friendly, familiar and I believe trustworthy. I don't mind paying more for services I could obtain cheaper at other car service centers. Yesterday, took my son's Subaru for routine oil change, the fee was about $25 more than what I typically pay for at this center. I was told that a full synthetic oil was used instead of the blend that was typically used. The oil blend is not only in our records, but was on the reminder sticker on the windshield placed the last time car was serviced at this center. I was not happy about this.

I had an awesome experience. The owner personally worked on my car. They took me in when I didn’t have an appointment and fixed my car. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back the next time my car messes up.

Took in my 2014 Ram 1500 for a check engine light for a misfire and a slight clicking while driving. The mechanics determined it was more than just a misfire, and that one of the lifters had been jammed and had damaged the camshaft. After the diagnosis, they explained that it would be a detailed repair and would take some time, and kindly offered to let me use their work car for transportation. While I declined, it was extremely nice of them. They explained the problems and solutions every step of the way, bringing out the parts to show me exactly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Brett, Zeh, and the rest of the crew were very helpful and considerate, and the atmosphere of the entire shop was pleasant. 10/10, would go there for other repairs/oil changes.
