How often do you have the store owner personally comes to your house to see to your concern, about a product you have bought more than a month ago from his store? Well, I bet that it's not very often and in fact, very rare for that to happen. However, this is exactly what Terico's owner, Doug, has done for me even though I'm just a new customer at his store. A month ago, my wife and I bought some tile floor and stone veneer from Terico for a home improvement project in my backyard. Unfortunately, it was difficult for the contractor to install them on a sloppy and uneven backyard floor due the large tile size (8" x 48"). We called Doug to explain the problem and to our surprise, Doug suggested that he could come to our house to see what's going on. As promised, Doug drove to the house and looked at our backyard floor then agreed that it would be very challenging to use such large tiles. The best part of it all was that he allowed us to return the tile floor as he didn't have any tile with smaller size in the warehouse currently. I had read that there wasn't great service here, but my experience was the opposite. Annalise was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I got the expert advice I needed and great prices too.

Price is good. Cashiers are not so nice, but one young man and one young woman were so nice. They gave me 5-star service. They were so polite, and loaded more than 2 tons of tiles onto my SUV (for 3 separate times). I couldn't be satisfied more with them.

This is a real warehouse and not a Home Depot "warehouse" so understand that there's no service (they're busy driving fork lifts) and if you need cleanliness and orderly product displays..... you should go elsewhere. The selection is limited but CHEAP. They have very early hours because they cater to contractors. There's a minimum order ($200) but you can just lump your purchase with someone else's.
