Couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and planning team. From the start of our venue search, I started to get worried with how unresponsive venues were being. But Walden was so different, so quick to respond and give you as much information and help as possible. Even after we signed the contract, the communication was impeccable. We chose Walden in early 2021 and didn't get married until 9/2022 and they were so great at checking in on us, keeping us on task, and keeping us update throughout the process. It was so nice knowing everything was taken care of and we didn't need to rent our own table/chairs/bar/etc. Highly recommend going with their preferred vendors, I think we did for all of ours and all of them knew the venue and staff so well that it just made everything so seamless. Our guests were raving all night and ever since our wedding. I was told countless times how wedding food is usually just ok but everything at ours was amazing and served hot! We also heard multiple times that people have never been to a wedding where there is never a line for the bar, but Walden staffed so well that no one had to wait. Also, if you go with the Walden, get the Pink Dove cocktail, it was such a crowd pleaser! Lastly, I just want to shout out the amazing planners. I was lucky to work with a few different team members - but our main planner, Hannah, blew us away and made our whole wedding exactly what we wanted and took care of everything. It's hard to believe someone can take your thoughts and ideas and make it real, but Hannah did just that! Could not have had a better wedding day and it is thanks to Hannah and the entire Walden team! Thank you all so much!!

Chairs are very small and packed in tight. Great for kids or a bunch of skinny people, not a good place for a wedding or other party with random adults. The room is actually a decent width, there is space for larger chairs or leaving space between the chairs. They do not have acoustic tiles on the ceiling, or anything else to absorb sound, so it just bounces around and it's really hard to hear anyone. They were serving drinks and hors d'oeuvres (on too small trays), but there were no napkins on the tables. They have guest WiFi, but I couldn't find any signs with the password. The dinner tables were too short, with legs at the corners making them unusable. They need to buy longer tables with center legs. No salt, pepper, or other condiments on the tables. Staff didn't bother to look for/clear old plates before trying to set down new ones. No napkins on the coffee table. Secure, free cell phone charging stations in the restrooms. Gated parking lot. Nice facility, lots of potential, just needs better management.
