First they burn down half the state, then they triple rates. Also, if you have any kind of respectable job, you don't get any rate relief, they'll just keep jacking up the prices. Monthly bill went from $70-$90 to $160+. THANKS PGE!

Today the workers had to come out for an emergency gas leak and it was Grand Central Station on our street. we had to evacuate and the situation was handled within the hour along with the fire department and 20 firefighters hard at work. Lol.... Thank You Vin for stepping into the house and making sure things were safe and so we could cook. Good job to San Jose fire department and PG&E workers for handling the situation!

I live in Los Angeles and in San Jose in February 2017 my father pasted away unexpectedly. I was not in the best of shape and I had forgotten to pay my fathers utility bill and the power had been shut off. After driving all night I called and had to explained my brain fog and sadness and stopping to cry a couple of times having to hear myself say out loud my father had past away, the people at PG&E jumped in with both hands to help me full of kindness and compassion I will never forget. I was so moved by them extending themselves in my time of need wrapped sadness and confusion. Today I am much better and now from almost two years ago I did not want that moment of kindness to go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone at PG&E for your support and humanity you showed me that day. I love you all including Mr. Reddy Kilowatt who taught me where it was safe to fly my kite as a child growing up in San Jose. Again thank you for the unexpected superhero superior service you provided to me.

Power went out 2 days ago during the storm (thanks to my good neighbor who didn’t trim his tree) I called PG&E emergency # at 9:30 pm since I saw the flash come from my backyard. After a few questions and warnings with the rep I went to sleep. The next day a PG&E lineman showed up and replaced the 2 fuses on the line “one had burnt up” as we walked out to his truck together he said that he herd a unusual noise coming from the transformer. About 10 seconds later we both herd a succession of “very” loud noises, we both looked up and stood there in aw as we watched these basketball size orbs travel down the street from my poll to the next and so on with the power lines doing double Dutch jump rope!! After about 2 minutes of this the fuse on the poll blew. The lineman then walked 3 houses down and found that my neighbors Redwood tree had crossed the lines in the storm “should’ve checked that 1st” Fast forward to 5 pm. Trees got trimmed then lineman got to work around 8pm. After in he installed the 2nd fuse...... Vvvvvvverrtttt, Snap and a big flash of light and the power line going to my house was now doing the jump rope...... holy Tesla light bulbs Batman!!!!! Ummm I’m guessing it blew the fuse again, I’m going back inside where it’s safe!! Fast forward to today at 1:30pm, 4 Pg&e trucks show up and out came the another crew this time with a transformer in tow. After about 2 hour of seriously scary work (did you know that the lines feeding into the left side of the poll stays hot?!! See pics) the crew put in a new transformer and no more fireworks YAY-YAH. Side not we don’t realize how spoiled we really are until our power goes out for a couple nights. Peace out.
