My dad and I went to this store to open new line. We were told by Aaron Luu that there was $500.00 trade-in 24 month credit for our iPhone 6 Plus. Instead of receiving a monthly bill credit, we got a bill for the $500. My dad went back to the store a couple of times and tried to resolve issue with Aaron Luu, but he refused to help him. We called the customer service a couple of times, but hitting road block. Aaron Luu misinformed us, and T-mobile doesn't want to take the responsibility of the promotion that Aaron Luu told us. We will bring our business else since you don't see us a valued customers.

I hate to complain but this location/store sucks and gives the brand a bad rap! First off this is not a certified T-mobile store. It's like a franchise of T-Mobile and they lack customer service, don't have a lot of phones in stock. I've given this location plenty of chances as it's on the way to my daughter's school, but they screw up time and time again. And the wait is horrendous! When I called in I asked for the manager. I was told he/she wasn't in. When I asked for the manager's name he said that I had to come in to get the name and refused to give it over the phone, then hung up on me. I was seeing double. Then he wouldn't answer my calls. When I finally spoke to the (sounded like 20-year-old) manager she gave me a bunch of excuses, and did not apologize once. Just mind blowing! The nearest real T-Mobile store is on Hamilton, in Campbell, about 2 miles away from this store. You'll have a better experience there!
