Slow customer service. Employee seems like not doing anything besides than talking to each other. Walked in 10 minutes nobody welcomes i had to ask someone to put my name on the board! Why did even made this store as a corporate? Should have been in Milpitas one. Much friendly and helpful.

T- Mobile employee's Jay and Kevin helped me out with great service and at a time of need for a phone. T- Mobile has Great Quality because of those gentleman. Thank you.

I don’t really have a great experience coming in this branch before but since it has change its name to T- mobile maybe some employee do some changes as well. One time I need my phone fixed. (Veyra) the employee helping me is not really in a good mood and she’s in a very serious attitude. Well to make the story short , she did handle the situation professionally. Even though she looks like she’s having a bad day that day. She attend to me until all my phones activated. She’s very helpful and manageable in any sorts of phone problems. Thanks for helping me that day. Highly recommended.
