Terrible experience!!! Terrible agent on duty. No customer service whatsoever. Waited for over half an hour and not told that the customer ahead of us (family of 4) were getting new phones. No apologies or remorse when we indicated we were leaving. Worst store ever !!!

I have been to AT&T store today to port my current number since customer service on phone couldn’t help and I should say i have ended up with safe hands (Mr. Pavan M). Pavan helped me in fixing my problem by extending his shift and I really what to appreciate the ownership that he has taken to complete the process seamlessly! Thanks Pavan.

The worst experience in the world. I never leave negative reviews like this, but I just have to rant somewhere. These reps have no idea what they are doing. This store is not an official AT&T corporate store, so if they mess up your account/phone then AT&T will take no responsibility. I literally just went in to get a new sim for my phone as my old one was expiring. The rep messed up my account so badly that AT&T flagged it for fraud and immediately shut down my phone service. I was then told to go to a corporate store because they knew how to do their job apparently. The corporate store could not help me either, since fraud claims have to go through more official channels than even that. I have now been without service for 24 hours and counting, because these reps don’t know how to do their jobs. I can’t log in to work, my bank, anything that requires 2 factor auth. Save yourself the headache and go to the corporate AT&T store next to Oakridge mall. I will be reporting this store to AT&T officially, but we all know how much of a difference that will make. Thanks for costing me hundreds of dollars for missing work and ruining my entire week
