Didn't have an appointment (you can make one on the my Verizon app) was told there would be an hour wait to get a new phone. About 7 other customers in store. Then was told we could order it on the My Verizon app and they would bring out the phone once the purchase went through. Only took 10 mins to order and 15 mins to receive. We were in the store for the same amount of time it would if we had an appointment. Next time I will stay home order it and pick up.

Incredible service! We will always use Verizon stores for our cell phone needs. We had some very complicated issues that required a new phone. Shae helped to do that - seamlessly, great customer service. I had an appt with Amar, the mgr a couple of days later to transfer data from my old phone. He managed to get my phone information transferred and provided excellent service and helpful information above and beyond. We later called back with another issues. Amar spent time researching the problem, called back as promised, and helped me resolve a difficult issue in settings. I am forever thankful!!!

I'm glad we able to go into the store and talk with a Rep. Needed to make an appointment 3 days prior. Andrew was great, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We need to return to finalize our plan order.
