My experience USED to be good, u went to them with my work and personal vehicle and was treated fairly. They USED to suggest things I could do to save some time and money, and were helpful in getting authorization from my fleet service to repair my work vehicle and personal vehicle. Until my son went there for an oil change and inspection. They said he needed a tie rod. Quoted a time and price. Then waited near double time, and near triple the price for the part. No attempt to negotiate. No remorse. In previous times they would suggest while waiting for queue the customer could get the part from any of 4 retailers in walking distance to save money and time. They didn't do this for my son and overcharged for the part. He spoke to the manager who said... " that's just the way we do business "... We appealed to corporate with no response. We took it to Facebook where someone reached out, but too late. 2 weeks too late. Do not let this happen to you. Not to me. Not to my family. Not to customers you want to keep. Goodbye. THEY KEEP CHEATING PEOPLE! They insisted my partner's father HAD to have brakes and alignment done. He had it checked by meineke and they showed him not of this was necessary.
