Brian and his staff are great! I won’t go anywhere else. My nails seem to last a lot longer since I started coming here. And the pedicures…best around!

I went in as a last minute walk in appointment and had never been there before. All i needed was a fill and a color change. I wasn’t happy with the first color, so he offered to change it but he would have to charge a little extra, which was fine. He said that he would charge me half of the price of the fill to change the color. The fill was $30 so i should’ve been charged $15 extra making my total roughly $45. I was charged $65. In addition to being overcharged, they did not reshape my nails after changing the color. My friend who was with me was gaslit into getting gel polish when she asked for regular polish. She was also gaslit into getting them longer than she wanted. The tech literally said they “wouldn’t look good” short. We also saw two techs blatantly making fun of another girls design. Overall they didn’t listen and were unprofessional even if the quality of work was decent.

Today was my first time visiting this salon, unfortunately my experience was pretty bad. I got a pedicure & full set. First red flag: while my tech was removing the cuticle around my toe nails she drew blood multiple times. Instead of offering to stop the service she sprayed the cut with alcohol...ouch. Moving on to the full set; The tech I had did not know how to lay acrylic, since my friend & I were both getting a full set I had to wait until the one tech that could lay acrylic to get done with hers, before he started on mine. My thoughts were at least they aren't letting unqualified techs do the services I guess... But he did a terrible job. There was way too much powder used so my nails were super thick. Once he finished the woman tech who originally started my nails came back to finish them. She did not do a great job at drilling down the thick layer of acrylic he used, nor did she do the correct shape I had requested (I attribute that to language barrier, I'm not sure she understood me, when someone was available they tried to translate, which I appreciate, but obviously that didn't work too well). Finally at end once she started to paint the gel polish she kept bumping the light which continually messed up the coat she had just finished. Once the painting was done she filed the sides of my nails which obviously took off the polish. I pointed it out but nothing was done to fix it. In conclusion please, save your money & time

I got a pedicure and SNS today. I was extremely satisfied! This is the best salon I have ever been to. The quality is above what I expected and Lisa took her time and made my nails look flawless. The spa is very clean and maintained. I have found my new place for nails.
