Out of all the employees, there was 1 helpful one. Sure does make it hard on that one employee who actually cares to carry the burden of all the careless coworkers, feel bad for the guy. Go somewhere else, at least til they get new management and retrain or fire current employees. Except that one tall guy. Thanks again for your help. You deserve 5 stars. The company you work for does not.

I haven’t rented a truck from this location But I’ve had propane filled twice recently and I’ve had no issues at all. The staff were helpful, quick, and friendly. Tonight I was the guy that shows up two minutes before closing. I talked to Mike and helped without hesitation, which was awesome! Like a propane wizard he filled three tanks in freezing temps and had me on my way. 5 stars for Mike!!!

The manager here was very rude. We bought a storage unit and the employees and sent a email stating that we were able to come till the next day. We left for 10 minutes and they locked our unit we went to talk to them and it was the manager. She was very rude and was lying so we brought her the email and she let us finally get our stuff. Horrible customer service as well and never coming back again
