This is the worst storage unit place! Keep it safe...HA! My storage unit was broken into. The door was left open for four days before the manager called me. He knew it was open and didn't do anything about it. When I asked for security footage, he said they were between systems so they didn't have the cameras on. Everything that wasn't stolen was covered with dust and grime from the door being open during a storm. Even though I paid the monthly insurance fee, I never got a cent back from my $2,000 claim. Also, we found black widows in our unit. This place is a nightmare!
