Texted me several times on multiple rentals that I qualified for a free month of storage unit. I planned accordingly. When I went to get the unit, they said I didn't qualify. They also overcharged me on a rental after THEY left the truck low on gas and didn't record the mileage. Uhaul has really gone downhill. Watch these guys like a hawk and don't trust them at all.

Yikes. Sierra / manager is so rude. Refused to answer a question about buying a hitch. No way U-Haul would except this behavior from employees expected to be their Representatives

I moved across the u.s and U-Haul was awesome. I originally got 2 shipping boxes but ended up needing 3. The first 2 had already shipped when I ordered the 3rd. They had onsite loading, which was super convenient. The customer service was super awesome, every time I called they were always super polite and instructions were always super clear, they answered all of my questions with politeness, even the silly ones.

Lift gates suck the ramps are much better liftgates take way too long to use and Uhaul has the lowest deck height by far makes it much easier
Yes a variety of them enclosed or open , check out there website for fast and easy rental
I would verify with both facilities. Only because, I've rented a car at Enterprise and Vegas was cool with me returning there but Utah wasn't. So I'm sure Uhaul or any place as such is the same.
