Great apartments and great location. We have been here for a year and a half and moved from the east coast. We love Ogden and love being downtown. Our apts are literally in the center of everything and it’s so easy to walk, bike or grab a scooter. The management team had been on a rotation for a bit but we finally have a great staff that is here to stay 🙏 and doing a great job. I would definitely recommend living here. I also love the hot tub area with grills and the covered parking. It’s definitely nice in the winter to get into a warm car and in the summer to get into a cool car. Oh and the gym and common area is pretty nice to have as well.

Saru Gaming

The fire alarms go off at least every two weeks. They're the loudest fire alarms in the world. They just went off again today, at midnight... We have a two year old boy. Not only is it terrifying for him because the alarms are so loud, but it's waking him up in the middle of the night, which is super nice if you need to work and you have to take him to daycare early in the morning. They also force you to pay for their media package, which is hugely over-priced because they make you pay for a Roku. We have a smart TV, we don't even need a Roku, but the media package is 140 every month because of having to pay for that. You can't opt out of it. It's nice that they take out the trash for you, but you also can't opt out of that if you just want to take your trash out yourself. They have EV parking, but chances are if you can afford an EV, you probably wouldn't be renting anyway. Edit: The fire alarm problem has gotten a lot better! It hasn't gone off except for a scheduled test back in June, at least while I've been home in the morning or evening.
