Lo-Lo You-know-Lo-Lo!

Been with this storage unit for about 3 years now and have come close to losing my shed a few times but they always work well with me and understand that circumstances aren't always great. If they were my belongings wouldn't be in the shed they would be in a nice home. Thank you toni for being so patient, its greatly appreciated.

Terrible experience. Was told our boat would fit in their RV/Boat units so we reserved the unit, however, when we went to store our boat it would not fit and they refused to refund our $250 deposit or prorate any of it. Very unhelpful and not friendly. Would not recommend these storage units. Update to above post: We were finally given our refund, therefore, I’ve updated our rate to 3 stars.

Been storing with these guys for 15+ years. We really loved this place as the prices were good, the place was very clean, until the latest managers came in. They are terrible, they never clean, they’re never in the office, and they have awful customer service skills when you can actually get ahold of them. We are working on finding somewhere else, I would recommend steering away from Ogden self storage.
