Went in yesterday in the morning walked for maybe 10 mins browsing the downstairs are no one greeted me nor asked me if I needed any help. I went upstairs and as I kept looking for things that I might like I came across a rack that had a red $15 sale while supplies last in this rack there were many coats in different sizes and different shades of colors I grabbed two and proceeded to go downstairs to pay Since I grab two coats I expecting to pay $30 when the cashier said $90 I told her that the coats were in a rack that said $15 while supplies last, and that they were many other coats just like the ones I picked. She then in a rude manner said No they’re $60 she did not want to honor the price even though they had them in the wrong rack with the wrong pricing. She only said she would have them change the sign.

Annabelle helped my friend and I in the fitting room. I asked for several outfits in different sizes and she was amazing. She hyped me up when I walked out of the dressing room. Give that employee a raise!! She will own that place one day!!

I have always loved this store because the clothes are hella cute. But since there cheap, the quality material isn't so good. I bought sandals in the summer of last year, after a few wears.. it was starting to tear very easily. Disappointed... they were very pretty sandals as well, but for the price of $9 it's what you expected, right? I bought a nice mint trench coat last month, it was on sale and it looked very warm for the winter. After wearing it for about two weeks, the fabric on the inside was tearing. Idk why I keep buying from them, when their clothing materials keeping tearing for me.

I went into this location and was not greeted by a single soul. There appeared to be only two people working downstairs and neither one offered assistance. The woman who was putting up clothes just watched as I meandered through the jewelry. When I was finally ready to checkout, I was rung up by what appeared to be this middle-aged woman- maybe the manager- either way, she wasn't very friendly, nor was she dressed very nicely. She looked as though she had just rolled out of bed and threw a beanie on her head. I understand the store isn't a fancy operation, however, at least present yourself in a tasteful manner- appearance is everything.
