These guys are great! At 4:30pm I was in a full on panic. I tried to replace my tub faucet and thought I could reuse the existing shower cartridge. Didn't work, and I broke it anyways. I couldn't figure out how to get the new one to fit and I was dreading telling my wife the water would be off until a plumber could come out. One of the guys at the counter walked me through what I needed to do. By 6pm the shower was working and my wife is none the wiser.

The good: The water heater repair service is good but they didn't follow up with an invoice or anything that I needed for my records. But they do respond fast. They also have the best selection of plumbing parts around. The Bad: if you're not a professional plumbing contractor, they tend to talk down to you and oversell you. Needed a new heating element for my water heater. They told me I needed all this other stuff and should consider a new water heater. I asked for the heating element, just sell me that and let it go.
