I was very disappointed in our stay. The first room we were checked into (237) was full of bugs. The front desk kindly changed our room (422). While the new room was bug-free (almost), it was filthy. The lamps were stained, the shower curtain was moldy, the microwave and fridge were dirty, and the lights flickered and toilet ran throughout our stay. The hallway carpet was stained and the a/c was not on in the hallways. On our last night, a friend in our group forgot her key. While we waited for her to get a new key, Dennis at the front desk was rude to her. She was leaning on a part of the front desk where guests are apparently not allowed to be. There was no signage to that effect, but Dennis jumped all over her about it and implied that he was intimidated by her presence. All of us were standing in the area, but Dennis only addressed the lone person of color in our group.

I needed to have many items addressed when I called. Reservations, shuttle to the Airport, long term parking. The gentleman I was speaking to had within a few minutes reserved/secured payment, explained that the shuttle was being used as Uber being paid for by the hotel. And that my vehicle would be under surveillance during my absence. With such professionalism/Eager to please attitude. When I asked him for a supervisor/manager, he told me he was the general manager! I felt like he was my safety blanket in a storm. I was speechless. I congratulate the hiring personnel. Thank you for your due diligence. You shined for me. And I’m grateful. Hard to forget when your treated like Gold!

For a night it's not really worth it here are the reviews from everyone in our group. The pool was closed on a summer? The rooms were kinda smelly and there is a note inside of a shelf that said: We wash our sheets every 3 DAYS wonder how many people slept on the same bed. Also the breakfast had only bagel's and coffee no pancakes or eggs which is different according to the website. The shower had only hot water no cool water. Small room where the snoring is loud. But anyways that's it kinda enjoyed it.

Laurin the General Manager was nice, helpful and made everyone feel special no matter who it was. She remembers small details that made our stay that much better. Also - the breakfast area was very well stocked and I enjoyed a hot breakfast everyday. Nice atmosphere and I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

Where they are situated l think they must have a shuttle service...thinking about it, l used shuttle service...lol...so yes they have shuttle service.

The rates fluctuate depending on time of year, availability, and demand. They tend to increase during the summer and holidays. I paid $99.00 per night +$13.94 hotel taxes
They do but not after midnight. They arranged a taxi for us to take us to rdu around 3.30 am for a 5.30 flight. They charge $5/night if you want to leave your car there during your trip. We has a problem with our heat and the clock radio was impossible to set.
