Really bad, Elevator does not work… and when I went to my room it’s just not presentable at all… I think all together the ownership of this hotel is really unethical unorganized and it’s clearly reflected in the people that run and manage the hotel. Broken damaged areas. The whole building seems like in ruins I guess. Puddles of water as soon as you get off the 3rd floor. Overall the management or whoever runs this hotel is really bad and def. if they wanna stay in the hotel business they gotta step up put some money into the buildings and also do something about the quality of living situation in there.

A smoke-free hotel doesn't mean you free to smoke! I smelled cigarettes all day during my entire stay. I found ashes in my drawer. The phone doesn't work. Low water pressure in my sink. Nothing is updated and most of everything is in need of repairs. I was my own housekeeper! I had to wipe down and disinfected everything! Ok just for the weekend and that's it.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and tried to be accommodating, in the first room she gave us the sink wouldn't shut off in the bathroom, no way could.we sleep in there with water running all night long. The second room smelled of mold and sewer so bad we walked in and turned right back around. I have never asked to change rooms in a hotel, but this place was nasty. So finally the third room was on the third floor which was the top floor of the hotel, the very end room. It was decently clean and we thought we were good. But then the neighbor started fighting with someone on speaker phone and the walls were apparently paper thin, so we heard every bit of her argument, until she tuckered out around 3 a.m. we could even smell her frozen meal she cooked because there was no seal around the adjoining doors. So whatever she said and ate came right into our room not to mention the light came through as well. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, it was a deal through Priceline. Last time I let them pick my hotel.

The front desk staff were great. The lobby and breakfast areas were nice. The outside of the facility looks decent. However, the hallway had stained, wrinkled, torn carpet. My room smelled horrible. There was black mold around the bathtub, on the air conditioner and inside the lid of the ice bucket. I was there for over a week and my sheets were never changed even though the bed was made. I have my doubts that the sheets were clean when I checked in. On top of all that, the pool was closed. This place is in serious need of a facelift!!
