$20 for a roll with barely any (low-quality) fish. Spider roll was good, but avoid the expensive stuff. It's a scam.

I've been for dinner twice now before shows in Ballard. Easy walking distance to all Ballard venues is a plus. Most importantly, the food is really good, the rolls are tasty, the fish is fresh. And nothing is skipped on size-wise. The one waitress is pretty great at handling some pretty big tables. I have found it to be priced reasonably too which can be a challenge with good sushi in the greater Seattle area. Environment is friendly but maybe a little cold. Of course it's hard to know of that's because of the need for increased ventilation due to covid. Also, because of covid, the sushi bar isn't currently open. Enjoyed the black cod temptation and spicy mango temptation (not too spicy though!). Really liked the unagi temptation. And the spicy tuna roll was great. They have one dessert: matcha tiramisu. Very tasty. Comes with a green tea donut that wouldn't be missed if it werent included. What would be great with it, though, are a couple more strawberries, instead of just for garnish! Just a thought...

We slammed all kinds of rolls and sashimi. Great selection and fresh fish. Attentive wait staff and pretty quick between orders. I'd recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal sushi spot in Ballard. I ended up going three times during my stay in Seattle. I tried two other sushi bars and they didn't even come close (one was just up the street). The fish selection was great and very fresh, the rolls were inventive and exceptionally tasty and the service was top notch all around - the sushi chefs, the serving staff and especially the management. Thanks so much for an excellent experience - all three times!

If by 'non-sushi' you mean raw fish, then yes. They have items like short ribs, calamari, and typical Japanese foods. There are plenty of cooked sushi options too that would go well with even the pickiest non-sushi friends.
