Sushi was great and had nice presentation. The rice was the right amount of sticky and the rolls held together nicely when you picked them up. There is a good variety in the sushi rolls and they have unique ingredients I haven’t seen anywhere else. This place definitely delivered on making their sushi stand out. The Wagyu Burger was also the perfect size for the bun and it didn’t feel overstuffed. You know how sometimes you get a burger and there more you eat it, the more comes out the back of the burger? That wasn’t the case here. Only issue was with the bun being very airy, you can see it in the photo where the big hole in the bun is. One big downside is there was no free wasabi, only an option to have wasabi freshly grated at your table for $5. Haven’t seen a sushi place charge for wasabi before.

Food: 3/5 We are vegetarians and the place didn’t have many options. The spicy edamame and green machine roll were good and the berry mock tail was refreshing too. Cauliflower tempura was a bit too sweet and saucy and the avacado crispy rice was too bland and sticky. Ambiance: 5/5 The ambiance is very classy. Interiors are very nice and they have given special attention to the bathrooms also. An amazing spot for a fancy outing. Service: 5/5 Servers are very polite, professional and prompt. Very pleasant! Value: 4/5 Will come back again for a couple of dishes that we liked and for drinks. A good balance of fancy outing and some light eats. Sustainability: 4/5 They used paper straws and cloth napkins. Did not see any plastic or single use items.

This is a really nice spot for a date night. The interior is recently renovated into a hip, modern space. The menu has variety without feeling overwhelming. The food is well portioned and flavorful. The wait staff are nice, but could be faster in attending tables. Overall, I recommend coming here for sushi.

Finally a Celiac safe Japanese restaurant that has more than just sushi on the menu! Well, the sushi was also incredible. The entire menu is GF except TWO items. It was like being in heaven. Will definitely be back often. The Cauliflower with black bean sauce was the highlight for me! The crispy rice with tuna was just ok, it’s not usually gluten free, so it was a special treat but I don’t think I’d get it again. Green machine roll was our favorite. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Yes. You need proof of vaccine to be seated inside
No. Your best bet (outside of going to an Ethan Stowell restaurant, which I recommend doing) is shouting to the restaurant "will anyone give me $10 for this Ethan Stowell restaurant gift card?" and seeing what happens.
