Very attentive and helpful customer service. I just went in to look at color samples and the person who helped me was new but was able to answer all my questions and pointed out that the color chips had coordinating colors printed on the back.

I know there's a lot going on in the world, but man was I ever just treated rudely here! Went in with measurements and colours picked and tried to ask the guy what we needed (we aren't experts, but it's also not my first time either). He kept telling us to go home and measure, and wouldn't listen to anything else I said, including that I had measurements already. I drove across the city to come here because I've always liked this store, but wow that was a sour taste in my mouth!

Really helpful and patient customer service representatives. I have made numerous trips during the last week and everyone here has been so helpful during this stressful time of having my house painted for the first time and answering my newbie questions. Jason, the assistant manager, has especially been very kind and accommodating when I run in right before closing time and I really appreciate the awesome customer service provided and will be back in the future!

Ordered paint at 11am. My contractor came in at 630pm to pick up. Not only was it not ready but they did not even have my order in the system. Not happy at all. Can I even trust these people with our credit card in their safe????
