Wonderful, gorgeous, absolutely fabulous bouquet! A coworker was a having a bad day and I wandered by and asked if they could throw together a quick bouquet. No problem they said! Price was extremely fair, super quick, convenient and so very kind. The poor reviews are idiots mixing up the 1800 flowers national brand and this local Seattle shop. Buy local and you’ll always get their amazing customer service!

Absolutely incredible service both over the phone and in person. Flowers are nothing short of amazing. This is a franchise, not 1-800-Flowers. I've not had bad experiences with the website, in fact it's why I looked up the name. This franchise however, was phenomenal. I would 100% use them over another florist. It's so nice to know there is a talented florist I can personally pick up from. True to the practices in the past, the flowers are beautiful when picked up and continue to bloom and amaze even more with time. I will definitely be coming back!

Had flowers sent to my girlfriend on valentines day and the calalillies died super fast and never opend up. Didn't look like the photo I orderd off of. Also was super expensive over $100 for flowers that never open up and die quickly.

Tried this service for the first time on Valentine's day and ordered some flowers for my wife. First they missed the time for delivery at her office. I called in to cancel after and they refused refund telling me it was my fault for not telling them it was a business when I did. Then they missed the new time they gave me to deliver at home. And still refused a refund. The flowers showed up the next day and were left on the front step to freeze and die, and it wasn't even the exact order. Used carnations instead of roses and the vase was much cheaper than what was shown. Now they say it was delivered so no refund. Service, product, and customer service were the worst I've seen in a long while. Do not use them, buyer beware. Go with a local florist. Lesson learned for next time.
