The pita bread, cheese flatbread, and hummus were good. The gyro cheesy fries were alright, would just get more cheese flatbread instead next time.

This place is an absolute Seattle gem. Great family-run vibes and chatty staff, and the food is unsurprisingly hearty and delicious. Ordered 2 man’oushes (lamb and sujuk), baba ghanoush, hummus, and a baklava. Let me tell you: the joy of tearing hot and fresh pita to dip into a tub of baba ghanoush swimming in sharp, aromatic olive oil is unmatched.

I hadn't visited Man'oushe Express for almost 5 years but went on a Saturday afternoon and it was just a good as I remember it. I ordered a lamb and chicken shawarma, za'atar man'oushe, sujuk man'oushe, and lamb man'oushe. The shawarma were delicious - full of tasty meat and fillings and a great value for how large they were. All of the man'oushe were wonderful as well and I forgot how great they were. All the flavors were nicely balanced and all were a great value. The gentleman I picked up the order from was very friendly as well which was nice too. Definitely support Man'oushe Express!

The wait wasn't long in both the times I picked up my food/ordered. The chicken shawarma tasted slightly bland, too garlicky and a little dry. The chicken needs more spice in it. The cheese flatbread tasted good but it's too overpriced for a thin layer of bread and cheese. It like costs a dollar in the middle east with double the thickness. Also, I find it inconvenient that they only take cash since I rarely have cash on me.

I don't have that answer. Sorry. I'd suggest contacting them directly. This is a Google community Q&A. While you may get an answer here, I'd be hesitant of any answers not from Man'oushe Express. If you find you are able to eat their pita, I highly recommend their food. Good luck.
Stickers inside say they also work with GrubHub, I have not personally tried it though
