Very nice visit for recall service. They washed car and vacuumed. As an elderly woman I appreciated the extra care, service and the check-in service attendant was also friendly.

The Ford dealer is improving its service department. Sales people, men in this case havent changed. It seems like if you are not dressed in a suit you do not get help or even addressed.

Loved my trip to the dealership. Worked with Will Harris and was able to locate and transport a vehicle I wanted from another dealership to this location. He was very knowledgeable and explained the many features in my 2020 Chevrolet traverse premier red line edition. I loved not being hounded by 3 or 4 salesman when I walked up to look originally as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Yes at the Capital Auto Mall which is off of exit 104 on I-5. It's technically off of the 101.
If the key is an all-in-one remote, key and chipped expect to pay dearly. For my 2013 Honda just the key was almost $100, then there is a programming charge. If you already have keys and just reprogrammed I'd guess an hour shop time. Call around and ask prices from lock and key places. One key and programming was around 100-125, but only a few can reprogram the chips.
