I would definitely suggest this place if your looking for a new rig. They have a decent selection on hand. But I had to wait for a General XP. Fortunately for me in that time I was able to figure out I actually wanted a Ski doo and quad so I was able to get my deposit back without issue. Sad I didn’t get the General, but happy and thankful South Sound helped me out in every way they could.

Had to really shop around to find the bike I wanted and I talked with several different dealers. South Sound Honda was the best, kept me up to date on my order and listened well. Conner was especially helpful, good humored and knowledgeable. As a newbie he even taught me how to load and tie my bike down correctly! Great people!

(April 2022): OK — the folks at South Sound Honda took such great care of me that I bought a second bike — less than 30 days after I purchased the first!! I am "old-school": If a business treats me well, I'm happy to make them my "vendor of choice". Everyone at South Sound cares about their customer! BTW, the Honda Rebel 1100 is an AWESOME ride!!! (March 2022): Stellar customer-service, patient and friendly staff; from the great Sales Team, to Financing, Parts and also Service!! Having not ridden anything with 2 wheels for about 3 decades, I had a *ton* of questions and frankly needed the patience and follow-through that Curtis (in Sales) exhibited in order to make the best decision what, and if to buy. Curtis took interest in me as a person and as a customer, listened to and address all of my questions and concerns. As such, the choice to buy a Honda ADV150 scooter was an easy one — and I couldn't be happier with the bike!! Curtis took the time to walk me through the entire facility and introduce me to the various individuals that would assuredly become part of my motorcycling future. This small, but important gesture gave me the feeling of being 'welcomed' into a new family — plus, from the day I drove off the lot I already knew who to ask for if I ever have a need or issue with the bike. And, it gets better: Who enjoys the tedium of financing paperwork, right...? Well, Sarah made this task not only easy — but pleasant. Sarah knows the systems at an expert level; and made every step of the financing process pretty-much effortless on my part. She always stops to greet me even if I come in for biking accessories, and her friendly, professional demeanor is an absolute pleasure. David in Parts, Connor in Sales, and Evan in Service (along with many others I've met at South Sound) obviously like people, and their profession: These are some of the friendliest folks I've met in a Sales / Service environment — and virtually every one I've dealt with at South Sound Honda arguably knows their stuff. In summary, South Sound Honda Suzuki Polaris made my re-entry into the world of 2-wheeling easy, pleasant and convenient. (And the coffee is yummy, too)!
