It took us 3 hours to end up getting our car that we rented, and it could have all been avoided especially since we called and set up an appointment and during that call nothing was said about needing any documents or utility bills or anything like that so we got dropped off over there and was stuck until I was able to luckily with a fight access to documents with customer service and online

The man that rented us the vehicle acted as if we were bothering him, he had no time for us. It was gross being in the car. The car we received had dirty windows. The interior door pulls were sticky. There was garbage all through the car. Its hard to be around the car after driving it. It smells likes its burning oil. DISGUSTING!!
