Trying to buy tires and get appointment. 19minute hold. Great Service when I finally got through to someone. Thanks Rick for your friendly help. I know everyone is short handed and crazy busy. I would go with this store but no open appointments until 6 days from now and I need the tires sooner than that. It would be nice if we could access online open appointments. Thanks.

It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I need personal assistance for tires but no one picks up at tires nor at the general number. I wanted to discuss tire options and make an appointment but they are always too busy to even pick up the phone. I cannot imagine what it would be after service like fix a flat. Would not be able to do nothing unless you are at the store

Great shopping, someone needs to clean the floors. They had dirt all over them. Also run the sweeper in the entrance to the store.
