I have huge problem/situation with Hertz Boston rd in Springfield Ma.They reicive the car and still five days later "charge" and calling ask me returned my car.im dropped off the they i needed and no one in the office to reicieve the car.just a sing need help call West Springfield officce.im runing late to my work.waiting 25min for someone get the keys.i ask for my reicipt he responded they sendining by email and never do.*NOT RECOMMENDED THAT LOCATION TO ANYONE*..I need traveling to West Springfield and the lady there (Jennifer) resolved my Situation..Thanks Jennifer for you help..

Please save yourself and spent you money somewhere else. Worst service and worst car. They will never pick up the phone. I rented a car and car smells weed. Interior wasn't cleaning at all. I was at collision center thats the reason I took the car otherwise won't even touch it. Budget and Enterprise far better than hertz.

Dirty and Hood. First off the place is difficult to find hidden behind some urgent care center. When I arrived they tried to give me a sad little hatchback that some teenager might drive though I had already booked a sedan online. I had to pay to upgrade to an SUV, but it was dirty and dusty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I could barely see through the dust on the rear view window with the sun shining on it. I would recommend going to another place. There are plenty nearby.

I'm a little surprised by the negative reviews. I had a good experience. I reserved my car online a few days ahead of time and was only charged what I was quoted online. The car I got was what I had reserved and it was clean and had more bells and whistles than I expected (it was clearly not a base model). Jason was friendly and quick when getting me checked in and allowed me to leave the rental at the auto body shop where I'd be picking up my personal car at the end of the rental. This saved me from coordinating the drop off. All in all I was pleased with the service and car.
