I literally had an interview there for a automotive detail position. The place was unsanitary, the entrance, the lobby waiting area, the office where the interview was held. I have years experience cleaning plenty of surfaces, I work for St. Bonaventure University. I think or would say my resume qualifies for the position at Enterprise! The Manager (Alex Rallo) assistant manager was decent., the John guy had no ambition on hiring a candidate for the position. I feel that he was unsure what questions he wanted to ask me in the interview as far as experience and employment. I get a discount and many other benefits through my current job. I would not recommend any coworkers,friends,family to rent a vehicle at the Olean, New York Enterprise location. Alex exited the office because of a costumer and John seemed confused and unsure and uncomfortable as far as the interview, I referred a reliable, trustworthy friend and they did apply to the position that needed filed but lost interest also in the employment opportunity. Declined to be interviewed for the job. Thank you

Good luck getting a car when you need it, better plan at least three months in advance. Because you know that's how needing a rental works. Good luck.

Good, fast, easy. The experience was great even though it was a short rental. The employees were friendly and helpful. The deposit isn't terrible but the time it takes to receive credit for the rental and to get the deposit back could be a bit faster.
