Vestal, NY has become one of my go to Enterprise locations whenever I'm looking for a family sized vehicle for our travels. Immediately upon entering the door (4:30PM), I was offered a greeting by multiple employees to include Mgr Michael Kosty. My time at the counter was brief and I was out the door awaiting my rental. Shortly, I was to find that the vehicle planned for me was Not up to site managements approval and I was again greeted by a sales associate and Michael Kosty with both sincere apologies and multiple options. Unable to downsize due to the number of passengers I had traveling I was Extremely pleased with Immediate attention and replacement of a most suitable solution. I would recommend this location to other would be travelers! Many Thanks once again.

Booked with a confirmation for a minivan. Their response when I went for pick up is it’s sold out. Then why waste my time by overbooking the cars that you don’t have. Funny thing is they said they can upgrade to SUV which literally is downgrade and asked me to pay the current price for SUV which is higher than minivan and then they offered 30$discount. Very funny. I would not recommend this unethical business. Simple and straightforward, If you don’t have cars don’t take the bookings. I never had this kind of experience with them in the past.

I had such a great experience with my rental from this Enterprise. I attend Binghamton University and was involved in an accident leaving campus. On top of school and work, I was extremely stressed now having to deal with my car situation. They made the process very smooth and stress-free. My rental was extended and they took care of going back and forth with insurance. When my car was done being worked on, I returned the rental and they gave me a ride back home. Thank you to all of the young men that helped me!!!!

Good experience! I was given a few choices of vehicles and the one I chose was perfect. Enjoyed driving a newer vehicle with some features I wasn’t used to. Check out was quick and easy. Will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
