Don’t trust them. Promised us a suburban and then it wasn’t available. They had nothing “similar”. Unbelievable since we made reservation 6 weeks in advance.

They had minivans on the lot when I picked up and dropped off my rental. Bigger vans are available at some lots.

Yes they can accommodate anything you need with notice. All the employees are great but Tim's customer service is impeccable he has gone above and beyond when I was in a pinch and he got me a car almost immediately.
