Call them in advance.. at least 2 hours .. they will pick u up and drop u off
I don't know for sure about the airport but I have been picked up from home and taken into the office in the past to pick up our rental.
Yes they do have a shuttle that can take you back to your destination. Just let them know that's what you need.
